Anybody noticed the recently sudden fall and rise of Ezion share price?

Yup, the rise and fall coincided with the release of a report from CS.

I think there is more to it. JK tech did a private placement of 150m shares at $0.04 .. almost 40% discount to last traded as well as it diluted ezion major stake of 29% to 14%.. This may cause the swing for ezion lately.
