Taiwan moves to cool housing market - ST 12.5.2014
For the first time, the gov is mulling over tax reform to penalize those with multiple properties.
With property prices in and around the capital at record highs, it has announced new measures to cool the market in Greater Taipei area.
The goal is to lower housing prices in the capital by 30% in next 2 yr.
