I was just comparing Feb 09 prices to Feb 11 prices for HDB in places like Yishun , Sembawang and Woodlands, the cost of the HDB flats has risen by like 100,000 and that is just ridiculous to me.
What hear is a lot of rhetoric of market is cooling down, prices are adjusting to a reasonable rate etc.. but that's all they are, when you go out in real world, I don't see that happening.
