Hope SGX can do more for minority shareholders. SGX wake up after bo chap by China Sky.

Now SGX should make IFAs and IDs up their standards.

BTW, I think there are some shareholders actively engaging SGX on this delisting offer. Saw them at the last AGM. So KP at AGM/EGM works.

IF dont KP, nobody will do anything.
