Actually this statement irritated me, it sound more like a threatening statement than anything. So that people give away shares to them on the cheap.
Threatening? It is more of stating a fact than a threat

The same as telling you to buy safety car seat for baby, otherwise your baby may suffer if accident happens.

Selling your shares is a business transaction, which required a proper contract for protection, thus lawyer is required. The last thing you want is the shares and monies had transferred, but not your liabilities
