i am a layman.
But i think Ah KONG knows more and more Sinkaporeans are not getting married.
My guess is this group may have reached a figure large enough that Ah KONG knows must do something.
Or it may be reflected in the next GE.
Remember not long ago, "one old-man" suggested to overcome such groupy's lobby or pressure on GE, certain people (Special ELITIST CLASS) as individual be allowed to cast 2 or even 3 votes.
Instead of one person one vote.
In a sense who is really trying to practise "groupy voting"?
