Yes we got F again...............Director should have announced a bonus when 2Q2012 result was out......that was before 10 August 2012.........carrot cake is not cheap to eat...minority shareholders can forget about bonus issue for a long time to come.....

Pursuant to the SGX-ST Listing Manual amendments effective 10 August 2012 to introduce new
Mainboard Admission criteria, certain ancillary rule amendments have also been implemented. In
particular, Rule 838 relating to the issue of bonus shares has been amended, and an issuer is now
required to satisfy the SGX-ST that its daily weighted average price, adjusted for the bonus issue will not
be less than S$0.50. Prior to 10 August 2012, this figure was S$0.20 instead of S$0.50.
