Eltek ASA had collected shiok shiok dividend every year and the dividend for this year was not declared because of the takeover offer. Since the offer has lapsed, they sure quick hand quick leg arrange for a special dividend.

I was hoping for one more day before Neratel announce their results as Eltek is having their Q212 results webcast on 17-Jul (Tue).

Half year result Net Profit margin is 11.5% Vs Average 7% in past 5 years. The figure looks good but their Free Cash Flow decrease as compare to last year.....hope more good news to come in 2nd half.
