Another update of IDA on Feb 2012 on the same link. ~9k increment on Feb 2012 for fiber user

Let take a close look and consider Oct 2011 - Feb 2012

DSL + Cable user down by ~46K
Fiber user up by ~50K

So the trend is consistent, but still slower than my forecast of 11k/month. It seem OpenNet efficiency getting worse rather than improving
