The company was making leaps and bounds from order wins and profits were increasing every year during that time until 2007. The stock price rallied, and the founder sold out at around that price (ie 80+cents, I think) and later resigned. A new CEO came in, which they brought in from outside. Since then, many old time employees who had followed the original founder left (not a good thing for a specialised engineering company) , and the company was never the same again.
Recently, another co-founder seemed to have started selling his shares.
