yes, all true and correct.
But I'm asking specifically for GEAR.
GEAR's outstanding shares issued over Q1 is 2,353,100,000shares.
So it's not simply because the shares outstanding kept changing and the weighted average is 5,373,548,000 shares
The RTO was completed way before Q1 too.
