$30m net profit from divestment of Bedok Mall... peanuts it seems

One peanut alone by itself may not amount to much, but when all the peanuts are accounted for, it can be a substantive amount at the end of the day. The new CEO has achieved quite a fair bit since taking over. Capitaland is a big tanker, it takes time for it to change course and for the efforts to bear fruit. Give the man some time to prove his worth. Personally i think he is doing ok and steering the ship reasonably well considering the turbulent environment.
