The article seems to imply that many people have no clue as to the impact of higher interest rates on their loan installment payments. I am sure people out there can't possibly be THAT ignorant right? After all, we're talking about a very hefty financial commitment here which may stretch more than half your working lifetime (e.g. 35 year-loans)!
