looks like Hupsteel is tanking... dropping below 20 cents?

Excluding ECs, developers sold 481 private homes last month, less than a third of the 1,806 units that were moved in June. The number of homes launched also dropped drastically to 557 homes, from 1,768 units in June

perhaps you may also say that management wasnt smart enough to ride on the property boom. In fact, they dont seem to add any value to the business, it looks like they only know how to collect the monthly salary.

both residential and commercial properties would be affected.

Industrial properties will not escape unscathed too.

Just following the market down... hupsteel price low is due to poor steel market. Once the steel market pickup it will up accordingly. Only question is when? Big Grin

No bids at all today. Company did share buyback at higher prices. Shouldnt the company do more buyback at current lower prices?
or are they afraid that the price might collapse further?

Well the result aint fantastic, no sign of turning up. But then it might hv hit bottom for the company. Consistently doing at this level for the past few quarters. If by next quarters no turn then well only can wait for the development liao
