BEL Design develops all of Baker Engineering’s mobile offshore unit designs. The BEL320-4R200S Liftboat is the first of our Liftboat designs in the pipeline to be completed.

BEL Design has also developed Liftboat designs with 412ft and 450ft of trussed/lattice legs; the BEL412-4T206S and the BEL450-4T206. Both designs are of the 4 legged type with electric rack and pinion jacking systems with a 300MT deck crane installed at the aft of the Liftboat. Both designs have a variable deck load of 3,500MT and accommodation for 206 personnel.

BEL Design has also developed a design specifically for the offshore wind farms, the BEL352-4T80W Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) with 352ft of trussed/lattice legs. The BEL352-4T80W has a variable deck load of 3,500MT and can be equipped with a 1000MT around the leg crane. This WTIV has an accommodation for 80 personnel and can work in water depths of up to 65m.

Am I reading this wrong or did the CEO today exercised warrants for 2 lots of shares?
I understand he might be quite near the boundaries of the creep rule but seriously, 2 lots? Make me wonder if there was some sort of misunderstanding involved here...

I expect Bakertech to give special dividends due to it's huge cash pile.

Look at last year FY results, the EPS is 2.29 cents, but it still declared special dividend of 4 cents.

So this year I expect it to declare special dividend of perhaps 2 cents + 1 cents dividend = 3 cents dividend. Hope I am correct
