Anyone can advise why it paid in USD, SGD and even TW $?

Why is it inconsistent?

It depends on how much of each currency they have in spare. TW$ was paid out because that was the currency they had loads of when they divested MStar shares 2 years back. Hotung does not want to convert currencies at the group level Unnecessarily to avoid forex losses.
Results should be released soon. I am interested in the dividend payout. The management has had a good track record.

I'm vested too.

Quite late result still not out...

There are instances when results are announced on 1 mar. I notice company always announce on Friday, at least for the past few years. Next fri happens to be 1mar. Big Grin
I am surprised that SGX my gateway economic calendar did not forecast hotung results next week too.
Results announced. NT$0.31 dividend. Translate to about S$0.013.
Woohoo 7.8% yield based on last done price!

I was expecting better results and thus better dividend. Nevertheless glad that company still paying close to 100% profit as dividend. And the remuneration management pay themselves is not too high.
More selling by CEO. Huh
How does Hotung end up with so much cash when they are distributing most of the profit? Is this generous dividend policy a recent year trend?

Btw, anyone know if Third Avenue still has any stake in Hotung?

Thanks.
