i believe it was made unconditional when capitaland raised the price to 2.35, and declared the offer unconditional.

they removed the 90% acceptance condition back then

Agreed. CMA was supposed to be my long-term investment.
Any idea when will they paid us for the shares they acquired?
Check the SGX website for couldn't find anything.

You should check the timeline given in the offer letter.
