strange to be selling at this price. at $1.27, you are still getting 5.5% dividend yield if there is no buy over. If it does then the offer price must be attractive enough for UE to sell off it's 60%++ stake. So if you weigh the pros and cons, one should be buying and not selling

Didn't even know that UE E&C results out last night - typical characteristic of a construction company - cyclical earnings in the absence of property development income.

Trade sale in UE E&C probably off as well...

Halted since yesterday. Still no announcement yet. Should expect some news tomorrow.
