At this rate he is going, there may be something cooking within. Everything is red except this one. Maybe he got some properties near Paya lebar which can be redeveloped? The increase in population definitely benefit this counter.

Initially from the title, I thought it is a significant profit reduction, but I am wrong, it was a significant profit increment due to asset re-valuation.

The increment was from non-cash item i.e. fair value changes from its property value. It is clearly stated in the company announcement.
