This is what it is happening to RickmersMaritime. The banks are chasing them for $$$ and no one wants to buy their ships because it is cheap to build a new one which comes along with greater savings in fuel, carbon emission and etc. Hence to the scrap yard even though it is relatively 'new'. So one might see a lot of 'force' demolitions.....
