The bulk of First REIT assets are in Indonesia and the local ones are mainly nursing homes (not residential projects). If commercial property prices do drop, the REIT gearing will rise and this may lead to equity fund raising.
Q4 Result is just released, DPU 1.93cents (with 0.34 from Adam Road divestment)

Other Gain 0.34

Note: The other gain distribution is a portion of the total gain on divestment of the Adam Road property of about S$8.7 million. The balance will be distributed to unitholders at the discretion of the Manager of First REIT in future periods.

Haha yes Weijian ! Quite recently actually. I don't own any REITs at the moment.

Seems FR boss added more shares from open market. I think this is the only reit whose ceo does this.
I just posted on First REIT in my blog at http://financiallyfreenow.wordpress.com/...-analysis/ I have touched extensively on the potential future catalysts. A snippet off my post:

"Potential acquisitions from the sponsor, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. The sponsor has 3 new hospitals (Siloam Hospitals Jambi, Siloam Hospitals Balikpapan and Siloam Hospitals Makassar) under the Siloam network that First REIT can acquire in the near future. The sponsor also intends to quadruple the Siloam hospital division to 25 hospitals in five years. 5 new hospitals are being built currently and they are Siloam General Hospital, Siloam Hospitals Bali, Siloam Hospitals Manado, Siloam Hospitals Palembang and Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang (information from Lippo Karawaci’s Investor Presentation 9MFY2011)."

Seems New round of fund raising is coming soon. Big push up at friday close to make rights issue look very attractive. Ronnie wants to push his FR in the billion $ league this year.
