STABILIZING ACTION IN RELATION TO THE INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING (THE
“OFFERING”) OF UNITS (“UNITS”) REPRESENTING UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN
HUTCHISON PORT HOLDINGS TRUST
Pursuant to Regulation 3(13) of the Securities and Futures (Market Conduct) (Exemptions) Regulations
2006, we, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, the Stabilizing Manager in respect of the Offering.

Just curious , what would the bank do with the shares after the stabilizing exercise is over ? Hold or dispose ?

I believe gradually dispose after some time, minimize large market fluctuations and facilitate buying or selling at small increments to try to achieve target price.
