GuocoLand Limited unveiled the concept and design of Guoco Midtown which has a approximate land size of 950,600 square feet (“sq ft”) for a mixed-use development. This new Guocoland highly prized development will indeed be a game changer on multiple aspects and a eye opener in the real estate market in Singapore. It will rejuvenate the Beach Road district, redefine the concept of utilising public spaces and enhance street life and at the same time, introduce a new experience of working in Grade A offices and a new concept of luxury city living and working in the city.  The residential component for this mixed use development is called midtown bay.  This midtown bay location will indeed be Guoco Midtown development to rejuvenate Beach Road not just commercial but also the residential.
Just as Guocoland, midtown bay developer, had in the past rejuvenated the Tanjong Pager by injecting vibrancy and hype with a new lease of life  through of its flagship development called Guoco Tower which was opened through various stages between 2016 to 2017, Guocoland will do likewise for the Guoco Midtown to inject the vibrancy into the beach road and bugis area.  It will be exciting to see the much awaited and perhaps sought after transformation in these areas.
With the success of such rejuvenation eye opener to all, perhaps such concept can also be replicated in other major cities as well.  Thanks to the far sighted renowned developer Guocoland.
