went to challenger @ funan, don't feel they are doing well, 40% of the floorspace selling household's goods... well, at least their long term rental is low!! Big Grin
their valore products already failed... a lot of valore stores have been converted to normal challenger stores...
see management will take a write off in any quarter or not

I concur, and to add-on. Beside upmarket its price, selling "big-ticket item" is also one straight no-no. "Sheng Siong" is a wrong place to sell "air-con" Tongue

interesting firm, sitting on a pile of cash / debt-free, could probably look to JV overseas for expansion + more inorganic growth
