Piermont Grand EC will be the only upcoming executive condo launch in 2019. It will be developed by renowned City Developments Limited (CDL) and TID Residential. This new EC will likely comprise 13 blocks of 10 to 17 stories with about 820 units and a basement carpark. It is located between Punggol Way and Sumang Walk near My Waterway @ Punggol, strategically located between two LRT stations namely Sumang LRT and Nibong LRT station. It is also easily connected to various expressway via Tampines Expressway to KPE or CTE which connects to every part of Singapore.

Latest update on this project is that the Piermont Grand showflat will open for viewing on Friday 12 July 2019, around 22 July.  Keen buyers can register their interest via e-applications at the showflat then, as these can only be done at the showflat computers that are linked to the relevant authorities' system.

The Piermont Grand price list is targeted to be released on Thursday 25 July, a couple of days before the balloting and booking date on Saturday 27 July.  That gives buyers some time to mull over their choice of units and to draw up as shortlist for the balloting.  No indicative pricing yet.  But based on the land cost, we are probably looking at something in the region of $1,050 to $1,100 PSF.

As of now, only some sample Piermont Grand floor plans are available, though there are quite a number of these.  The full set is still pending, but it is unlikely to vary much.  However from what has been seen in the samples, the layouts are pretty functional, as is to be expected from CDL.  Just for the 3 bedroom units alone, there are already 4 variations, to suit most requirements.
