Who care about all the tension, US, especially tech is where the money is. "investors" are rushing over to US to buy tech stocks....
Same reason for why all kind of REITs came to list in SGX. Maybe more REITs will be coming to list unless investors(mainly Singaporean?) decided not to open up their wallet.
