The Tre Ver (Former Raintree Gardens) is a joint venture development by UOL and UIC at Potong Pasir Ave 1 in District 13. Expected to be launched in July, The Tre Ver, a 729-unit condominium is designed by the award-winning architect WOHA. Their buildings are notable for their extensive use of natural vegetation as a building element. It is located between Potong Pasir and Woodleigh MRT Station next to the Kallang River. Existing executive condo launches include Rivercove EC and Northwave EC and upcoming ones include Sumang Walk EC.

The 201,405 sq ft site has a plot ratio of 2.8 and is within easy access to the city as it is within walking distance to the MRT station. The site is in close proximity to the Bidadari estate, which is set to boast a 10ha park with the Alkaff Lake, a bus interchange and two community malls.

This location is on the city fringe. A trip to Central Business District or Orchard Shopping belt is about 10 minutes away. Numerous amenities nearby include Potong Pasir Food Centre, The Poiz Mall, Woodleigh MRT, Heartland Mall NEX, Park, Community Club, Saint Andrew School, Kallang Park Connector etc. The project has great connectivity to the CBD, major expressways (CTE, TPE, KPE), including the new Bartley-Tampines viaduct. 

The project is being developed by UVD (Projects), which is a joint venture between UOL Group and United Industrial Corporation (UIC) – both being Singapore’s leading developers with extensive portfolios of development and investment properties.
