There will be a number of new projects opening for sale soon along Holland Road. The two most likely to launch first are the Van Holland condo, and the mixed development by Far East at Holland Village itself. Both will have their attractions. While the Far East one is an interesting one right in the heart of Holland Village, with exciting public spaces and events, Van Holland has the advantage of freehold status.
And being just opposite Holland Village, it gets to enjoy all the amenities and conveniences, without being in the middle of all the bustle. Holland Village MRT station on the Circle Line is just 3 to 4 minutes walk away from the Van Holland condo, so that is useful as well. This plot of land was previously occupied by the former Toho Mansions, that was sold in a collective en bloc sale.
