Yes, Total Dividend /Total Invested Amount. Usually, I get about 3.5% per annum.
There is many in and out from my portfolio and at different time. 3.5% for dividend portfolio strategy seems a little low for me. 5% target of 1M will hit 50k at current stock value. I will target range between 4.5 to 6 including lower yield bonds for lower risk. Some may have to hit 6.x range to yield it back up.
Dividend for 2020 down a bit at 3.08%. Mutual Funds with dividends reinvest performing well at +17.55% on 31-Dec 2020 for year 2020 but since go up to +20.01% Yesterday.
