CHINA AGRI (00606.HK) -0.040 (-1.146%) announced that it agreed to sell the biofuel and biochemical business, including the entire share capital in COFCO Biofuel and COFCO Biochemical and the liabilities thereon, at a consideration of $8.579 billion. It is estimated that as a result of the disposal, there would be a one-off unaudited gain of approximately $1.09 billion recorded by the group. Upon completion, the company planned to distribute a special dividend of $0.20 to $0.30 per share, totalling approximately $1.0 billion to $1.6 billion, to the shareholders.

CHINA AGRI(00606.HK) -0.040 (-1.146%) announced in 2017 annual results that net profit amounted to $3.042 billion, up 1.14 times year on year. EPS equaled 57.95 cents, while a final dividend of 0.9 cents and a special dividend of 20 cents were declared.
What is not satisfactory is the final Dividend.
In Mar 2017 , the final dividend was 5.4 Cents per share. But in March 2018 , the final dividend is declared at 0.9 cents which is a step backwards.
