Have a look at this : https://www.valuebuddies.com/buyback.php
The link is at the footer of the page.
thx for reply.
but not really what i want.
i want to use excel/spreadsheet to count the number of buy back occurs by a company in a year or month.
If able to list the 36 pages of buy back announcement into 1 page , i think i can use spreadsheet to count from there.
So you only need to know that there is a buy back for a company and do a count of number of times shares are bought back? You don't need the actual number of shares that is bought back?
And if you don't mind, what is the purpose of this?
agenda is to track high buy back volume by management.
ideally, i want to track share price + units, measure it against market cap.
