I agree, the price is really ridiculous. Looking to short after the Amazing Aspial Ascend has taken place.

Do I see more speculators than value investors here?

IMO, more discussion of financial fundamental is more beneficial than speculating on pricing, which may help.

from the cash flow, i can only see, the company's operation generates a lot of cash in 2nd Q.

i think with or without the bonus issue, the fundamental of the company will not change.

Now, we have a very shrewd businessman who just sold out a small percentage of the company at a "low" price.

The Board of Directors of Aspial Corporation Limited (the "Company") is pleased to
announce that the Company has entered into a placement agreement (the "Placement
Agreement") with Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. (the "Placement Agent") for the
proposed placement of up to 33,000,000 new ordinary shares (the "Placement Shares")
in the issued capital of the Company at S$0.40 for each Placement Share (the "Issue
Price") to raise gross proceeds of approximately S$13.2 million.

I always wonder why aspial sells at such a "low" price, i guess there are many advantages to doing share placement. I am "happy" for the people who have taken up those shares
