Hankore PB will be much higher, after the completion of CEI's water asset acquisition.

As at 18 March 2014, Hyflux seemed to have S$300mil of 6% cum non-convertible non-voting perps class A pref shares issued in Jan 2014, paid on a semi-annual basis on their books.

Seemed like today there was another announcement today 21 Jul 2014 on the proposed issue of another Perpetual Capital Security. http://hyflux.listedcompany.com/newsroom...KC9N.1.pdf

Ha! Ha!
Why not the 2nd or even the 3rd one if the market supports it. All the banks have more then one issues of debt and market is just too happy to support it. And retail investors are not even able to participate in them.
Not vested in any perpetual securities.
Hyflux may end up taken over by Temasek in no time like Olam...

Asset recycling strategy a fillip for Hyflux
BYMINDY TAN
tanmindy@sph.com.sg @MindyTanBT

HYFLUX's net profit for the second quarter ended June jumped from S$17.7 million to S$61.4 million even as revenue dropped 42 per cent, from S$138.4 million to S$80.6 million.
This was due to a surge in "other income" to S$85.3 million from S$4.5 million a year ago, due mainly to net gains on the sale and leaseback of the Hyflux Innovation Centre.
In Q1, the water solutions group's disposal of its investments in Hyflux Marmon Development and Marmon Hyflux Investments to Marmon Water (Singapore) amounted to S$54.1 million. This helped prop the "other income" contribution in H1 to S$142.2 million from S$6.4 million.
These divestments are part of Hyflux's asset recycling strategy.
I just hope Hyflux able to get new projects and more profits. I am at 50% unrealised loss. Sad
why did u purchase hyflux in the first place?
what were the reasons?
