Any good books on singapore property investment?

I was advised to visit the Singapore National Library .

It seems the best choice is the EC flat but I am not qualified to buy .

Absolutely a must to visit NLB.
If you prefers to read statistics and words, then Ku Swee Yong has a few well written book.

If you're a newbie and potential buyer, then Vina Ip's book will be a god-send:

if one's ambitious, other than buying a EC, there is another popular alternative:

1. buy a BTO flat
2. stay there for 5 years
3. buy a condo and rent out #1

this method gives a possibilty of owning 2 properties.
p.s. hopefully ABSD is gone at #3
