5 Things We Learned About Warren Buffett From His New HBO Documentary

by Kristen Bahler
Feb 02, 2017

Earlier this week, HBO aired "Becoming Warren Buffett", a documentary that chronicles the upbringing and personal philosophy of the stock market titan.
Chock full of the traditionalist eccentricities the "oracle of Omaha" is best known for--like his love of Coca Cola, and the fact that he lives in the same house he bought in 1958 for $31,500--the film also reveals a surprising set of facts even Buffett die hards may have missed. Here are five of our favorites.

1. The stock market dictates his breakfast
2. The only diploma in his office is from a public speaking course
3. His wife changed his political views
4. Philanthropy was always the long game
5. He's Woke

5 things i learnt FROM "Becoming WB"

1) Susie Buffett Jr is a star in the making

2) U meet good people, if u work in good places (and vice versa)

3) Be there emotionally and mentally, not just only physically for my family members

4) The more love i give, the more i get back.

5) Been bought in an era and region without major conflicts and disasters, and with ample meritocratic opportunities, i have won the ovarian lottery. In no way should i treat any foreign worker i meet along the way, as not equal.
