The developer has released a number of artists impressions for this project, and must say it is looking really nice.  The location is not within comfortable walking distance to the MRT station, but otherwise The Clement Canopy is a beautiful project.  UOL is famous for the amount of thought, effort and budget they put into their landscaping, and the tree canopy theme for this one is carried out quite thoroughly.

The other drawback to this location is that it borders the AYE, but the developer has done what they can to minimise the effects, like setting the blocks well back from the road, and will be providing acoustic treatment to the units facing the AYE.  If that works, these are the best units to get, as they will be the most unblocked.  Especially those units from the 25th floor up - they should be able to get sea views.
