PRICES of Singdollar (SGD) perpetuals have risen sharply and investors who kept faith earlier, when poor sentiment gripped the bond market as oil and gas issues collapsed, have been amply rewarded.................................................

Hyflux's perpetuals (including the pref shares) continued to trade below par!! Clearly, this is indicating something - likely a difference in quality.

They've confused the Hyflux CPS and the PCS. The ask price in the table belongs to CPS callable in Apr 2018.
