Looks like a squeeze-out. Drop the free float below 10%, the stock suspends and the holdouts are stuck with no recourse.

not stuck yet until 20 Dec 2016, can still sell lah... just sell, else stuck as pte investors!!! :O :O :O

I already rec'd the pay-out. What if they eventually up the offer price (although highly unlikely), will they apply to those who accepted early?

they say they will not, so they cannot do it, in fact, the free-float suspension is a shrewd calculated push/move already! no need them to offer any higher anyway, just let SGX suspend, then all stuck investors become pte investors!!
