Great access to GEM, Westgate and IMM. Isn't The Trilinq much closer to those malls? And yet there are still 300 plus units unsold at The Trilinq. Unless Canopy pricing is much lesser than Trilinq else I think it will have the same fate as Trilinq.

Trilinq location is closer to mrt station too...location, location, location...
