Here are some latest updates on the Forest Wood condo launch:

. Developed by City Developments (CDL), Hong Leong Holdings & TID Pte Ltd.
. Targeting to launch in September 2016.
. Forest Woods showflat will likely be available for viewing appointments from around 17 September.
. Project will comprise 7 blocks of 12 storeys each.
. Unit types will range from 1 + Study, to 4 bedders, and just 3 units of 5 bedroom penthouses.
. Design-wise, the blocks will be in just 2 rows: one along Paya Lebar, the other along Lorong Lew Lian.
. That leaves lots of space for landscaping & greenery.  CDL / Hong Leong projects are usually good in this.
. No indicative pricing yet, but CDL is known to be pretty reasonable in their launch prices.
