website as promised by company still not up?
maybe they have a trouble getting superheros to pose in the photos....
heard from friend working in china that credit condition is very bad - SMEs usually impossible to get loans from banks...
Who said that the website will be up ?

I lost a Few Hundred Thousand Dollars on China’s shares listed in Singapore (the S-Chips) but was spared from this one.

I followed this one quite closely and almost invested when the dividend was changed from RMB to SGD in 2011 but I was much apprehended when the dividend was given in scrip. I immediately put a cautious note in my analysis doubting whether the company has any cash.

I put my hand off altogether when the major shareholder disposing shares in Feb / March 2011.

All the best to those who are vested.

If the article is true, qingmei has already stop operations for a few months and sold its machinery. The background facts about quanzhou jinzhou and the industry matches what I read earlier, so it's most prob written by someone who knows the industry. Hope no one still holding

Hi greenrookie, if this is the case, why not escalate this matter to SGX by emailing them through their regulatory dept or the relevant depts to see how they would handle the matter.

Here is the link to the contacts of SGX: http://www.sgx.com/wps/portal/sgxweb/hom...BIS9nQSEh/

The superheroes are all fake afterall . This article (if true) should send a good cautionary note to those staunch defenders of this counter earlier ...

It might just be a matter of time before trading suspension is filed ...
if the article is true, this piece of cow dung is not even worth 5 cents

Mr Peterlynch, where are u?

Any comments?

I agree with u that he shouldn't have involved himself with that mess. But let bygones be bygones. Let's hope u will refocus on Qingmei and reward shareholders who have stuck by him. By the way, he's already stated that Q3 results have reached bottom; the only way to go is up. I'm eagerly awaiting Q4 and year end results before deciding what to do- Sell or buy more?

Wow, how did you come across this article? Anyway, thanks for sharing, and I will be sharing this with someone I know who have vested interest in this. He just attended the AGM concluded recently, and the Singapore based Directors still gave apparently good replies to questions posted by shareholders...

Who is telling the truth? Only time will tell ...
think we all know that a lot of directors are paid so that they ask or not ask the "right questions", or better still do nothing...

having directors giving good answers don't mean anything at all. How much do these directors know about the company's operations from inside out? Do these directors know how many "superheros" are employed by Qing Mei?
