Although its an uphill battle, its worth the effort.

I will contact SIAS to inform them of the situation.

Did you manage to get a reply from SIAS?

SIAS only 'speak up' for members only. You need to sign up for membership.
I am aware that SIAS only speaks up for members, therefore I am appealing to other shareholders who are members of SIAS and reminding them that it's time to put their membership to good use.
Motley Fool has released an article on the proposed delisting of Zagro Asia.

If SIAS can do this for Tiger Airways minority shareholders, I think they can do better for Zagro. In my opinion, Tiger shareholders are given a generous offer (bailout) by the parent company as it is consistently making losses for the past three years (2012-2015) and I highly doubt it will be profitable this year given that it is already $346 million in the red.

what has SIAS done for minorities since the days of CLOB Int'l Saga... I personally didn't see much from SIAS apart from making some noise on selected issues...

Some noise is better than no noise.
SIAS advocates for investor rights, and resolves investment disputes, of its members. I believe many Tiger minority shareholders are SIAS members, but not the case for Zagro Asia
