Life indeed is a game?
My brother-in-law who has been diagnosed with 4th stage colon cancer has been fighting the disease (without remission) for the firth year now.
The thing is he is still working half day.
And most of the time he looks normal to O. K.
The thing is some colon cancer patient live for 10 years after diagnosed and under treatment (with remissions in between). - (my wife's S-I-L)
One fortunate one after treatment has no sign of the disease for 5 or even up to 10 years. -(i think one of the bloggers in Singapore Investment Bloggers).
We can not choose how, where and when we are born.
Neither can we choose how, where and when we will die.
Suicide? (blasphemy!)

Life is indeed a game.
Rich or poor play the same lottery of life.
My wife thinks, at age of 65, if you are still quite healthy, every day is a "bonus".
Enjoy every minutes of your life, while you (we) can.

Besides acknowledging each day as we survive it,
we might ask ourselves:
What difference did we add to others?
Dr Leong' motivation to create a business may have been
just that... a business to earn profit. Yet, in the process
it gave others a portal to gain knowledge & understanding.
( have never met him )
It may have been an unintended result but I firmly believe that
all businesses can be guided with:
"What difference will it add to others?"
It makes one feel more human and the world will be a better place.

I concur. Successful start-ups, have always started with the question, not the PnL. The money will come, once value-added, with little twist in the deliveries.
