Lake Grande Condo is the 3rd masterpiece residential projects launching soon by MCL Land, after the successful sales of J-Gateway (sold within a day) and Lakeville (more than 80% sold). It is located on the plot of land in between the current Lakeshore condo and Lakeville Condo, at Jurong West Street 41 and Jurong Lake Link.
Lake Grande Jurong Lake District is possibly the last plot of residential land launched by URA in the Jurong Lake District, dubbed the "CBD of the West". The target launch date will be in Q1 2016 and set to be well received by potential buyers and investors staying in the western region of Singapore.
