Many Singapore developers are going in to build condo, office in Cambodia. Newspaper also occasionally advertise those properties.
Surprisingly many Singaporean, Taiwanese, Japanese, France, and some other countries are buying and investing.
So I try to do research on exploring business in Cambodia since the economy is growing fast.

If you have
1. businesses in Cambodia
2. plan to expand your business to Cambodia
3. just want to invest in the property (be it residential or commercial)

Based on personal experience, Cambodia's supply has risen faster than demand. Evidently, the massive oversupply in real estate has led to many speculators drowning in debts but unable to spin-off even at net investments.

As for businesses, an example is our very own homebrand Ya-Kun which closed down not long ago. Restaurants at malls are merely hitting BEP and future looks bleak.

Of course, this is my opinion of close to 10years and feel free to disagree.
