I have some contacts for series B funding.  
In other words, an early investment for non listed company. The holdings would be illiquid (can't cut lose) and risky (not proven sales, etc). Series B means that the business has gained some traction/achieved some milestones.  

With Regulation S in USA, there's no need for accredited investor status for non-US residents. However, do you own due diligence.

I would not get any monetary benefit for sharing. The benefit I hope to get is: analysis/opinions by fellow buddies if you do not intend to go into it after reading the investors' info. Please tell me what problem you see Big Grin
