How do you read the "bar" of the S&P Capital IQ Alpha Factor in SGX? For example, in the attached image, is analyst expectations considered high or low?

its erroneous, don't follow them lah, think on our feet and decide for ourselves.....

So for the valuation bar is it under or over valued?
