Could I suggest that this posting be a regular feature otherwise one-off postings like this is not of much value added...

Just a few thoughts:

1) Remisiers.org has stopped provide daily research reports in this website in April due to feedback received from broking houses that they do not want their research reports to be made available via that platform. By allowing such posts, will VB be subjected to such feedback too?

2) Should there be guidelines on posting analyst reports, e.g
- opening a new thread per report VS consolidated daily threads VS 1 thread for all reports?
- specific company reports in its company thread VS 1 thread for all reports?

Well, we don't have a rule for research report. Here is my view, and will discuss further within moderator team.
- There are many sources of analyst research report. There is no value to be another depository.
- There may be interest view in the research report, related to particular company or companies. We should allow buddies to post it, and discuss further, in the respective company thread(s).

Any further comment, before we arrive at a conclusion?

Agree with the above. For the general research reports, unless there is some specific news/research that is not found , I'm not sure on it's value-add, since such reports contain daily news snippets which can be found from other sources (e.g. Business Times, The Edge, etc).

After a discussion among moderators, and feedback received. VB will not provide specific thread for general analyst report depository. There are many reliable sources available elsewhere. VB buddies can highlight specific point in a report, for discussion in the relevant company thread.
