Based on last quarter of 2014 press released:
"Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd. and Oxley Gem (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in relation to the management and operation of the first Shangri-La hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Oxley Gem is a strategic partnership between Singapore-based Oxley Holdings Limited and the Cambodian firm WorldBridge Land. Under the terms of the agreement, Oxley Gem will grant Shangri-La a 60-day exclusivity period to negotiate the management of the hotel."
The first parcel developed by Oxley Diamond in Phnom Penh -The Bridge, was launch early 2014 and have registered huge interest with 95% units sold as of today. News of second plot of land will be developing soon. Currently awaiting for more information to be released.
