The same group of seller(s) at 27 cents - the same 238 lots selling over the past 1 or 2 weeks....

Are these real sellers or just a set up ?
Every day the share price hardly moves, and the volume is low. Today there's only 100 lots done.

Not sure why it moved few weeks ago when about 3000 lots were done over 2 trading days...

Almost impossible for this counter to go above 30 cents...every time someone bided, someone else will quickly sell down...
Btw, for those forumers who think that a fat special dividend is on the way, you would probably be in for a rude shock..

It is Very Unlikely and NAIVE to think that New Toyo would eventually pay out fat dividends for the following reasons:-

a. A big stream of revenue/profit (as much as 1/3) has been lost due to the asset sale of SAH. Company needs to search for a replacing business or else its current EPS will not be sustainable going forward. Over-reliance on just Tien Wah to bring in revenue/profit is a Strategic Vulnerability. If anything untoward happens to Tien Wah, New Toyo will be FINISHED.

b. At the sideline of last AGM, it was mentioned by Young Gary that dividends from capital reduction of SAH will be used to pare down debts and find new business. Over-reliance on Tien Wah is a concern..

c. From the financial/accounting point of view, paying out a huge cash dividends will bring about a sharp downward adjustment in NAV. Hence, valuation of New Toyo will be unfavourably impacted.
STI has gained more than 10% since last week or so. New Toyo is still languishing away in wonderland...
It's time to change directors to unlock value for shareholders!

That is why Armed Forces gave up. They are paring down their 15% holdings of Tien Wah...Not sure if their selling has stopped...

Massive hurdle at 27 cents (350 lots selling) ....No way it can clear this level soon....
Quite a huge bids at 26 cents (400 plus lots). Those tired of holding can start dumping Smile
At 26 cents, the shares are under-valued. The financial year end is 31 Dec, so there will be dividends coming soon. The bidders at 26 cents may be waiting to buy at low price and sell when the dividends are declared.
